Bad Lighting at Western Carolina Nissan-Mazda in Boone (Hwy 421)

This odd fixture is actually a combination of a little good (horizontal cutoff) lighting (the part at the top of the pole), with very bad, almost horizontally directed lighting from the two units below it. This is not only light polluting but harsh to the eyes of anyone on the lot at night.
